TERMS, SUPPORT AND REFUND POLICIES
Refunds for purchases of online lectures can be issued within 7 days of purchase and only if the user experienced unsolved technical difficulties. In other words, refunds are issued if you have difficulties watching the video and our support area is not able to help you within 48 hours of your request.
If you didn’t have difficulties playing the demos, the final videos should play fine. However, please make sure you test play the full lecture videos soon after the purchase so that you know of any difficulties within the 7 days in which refunds are applicable.
These policies only apply to purchases of online lectures. Other products sold at kryon.com have their own return policy on the sales page.
